Our girl Katie turns 16 years old tomorrow!
We are going to help mom make an Oreo cheesecake for her.

Also, here in the states, this weekend is Memorial Day weekend, a time when we remember those who have served and fought for our country so that we may remain a free land. Monday is when we will honor our heros.
