On official duty

Tinkerbell, Oscar and Tucker (and Taz the cat) reporting for duty.

We have been handed a mission and have accepted it. Today we are official members of P.A.W.S. (Pooches Actively Working Society).

Our big girl is having surgery today to remove a few teeth. These teeth are supposed to make you smart so we don't quite understand why they would need to be removed but nonetheless, she is at the oral surgeon getting her wisdom teeth removed as we post this.

Our mission you ask?
We have been asked to provide security, love, comfort and lots of ice cream! Colonel Tinkerbell is securing the bedroom and making sure pillows are fluffed and blankets are ready. Private Oscar has slippers and pajamas ready upon arrival. Taz (yes, we had to include the crazy cat in our mission. Sometimes he can be useful) is warming a spot near the pillows and Sargent Tucker has secured the ice cream and videos.

Upon arrival, we will provide love, snuggles and affection as needed.

(Okay, the P.A.W.S. Society really doesn't officially exist. We kinda made it up and tried to make an official-looking badge to go with the official title. Some days, we do go above and beyond and felt that today we were earning our stripes. Feel
free to take our badge and proudly display it on those days when you go above and beyond your normal dogness. You all deserve it so go ahead! It's free and it's yours!)

Aw that was nice guys! We do hope your girl recovers quickly from having her wisdom teeth out - with all that love and care she should sail through.

Very Official looking indeed! Sounds like quite a mission you have accepted. I am with you though, those teeth hold the only wisdom left in my head and I am hanging on to them! Hope she recovers fast and stays wise!

What do you mean the P.A.W.s doesn't exist. I think it does and you are proud members.

My momma doesn't have her wise teeth. Perhaps there is a clue to her nature there.

Good work! (And yes, sorry, but I think on an operation *heh* this big, you have to include the cat....). And a very official badge! I'm going to have to make sure I can find this again for those days when I have to take care of Dad. Take care of the big girl!

Hey guys! Happy 4th of July! I hope your big girl is doing ok by now and she still has some smarts...school will be awful tough without them. Yes, I'm behind a bit on the blogs but as you know things have been a little on the crazy side at my house. I'm trying to catch up!
